Nirvi Property Limited
(NPL) intends to set up a residential property development under the Real Estate
Scheme. In that context NPL has identified a plot of land at Sainte Croix (Vallee
des Pretres) and that belongs to Messrs Neewoor and Heirs. Messrs Neewoor and Heirs
have given their consent to the setting up of that development.
Background
The concept of RES
type of development is a direct outcome of Government policy to enhance property
development from those persons who have relatively smaller sizes of plot of land
as compared to IRS developers. Nirvi Property Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the
promoter has extensive experience in property development. They are presently working
in association with A&A Construction Ltd and A&A Marketing Ltd for the construction
of about 300 residential units in Grand Gaube and Pereybere respectively.
On the other hand
Messrs Newoor and Heirs, hereinafter referred to as the partner, had already the
intention to develop that piece since 1998 whereby they wished to parcel out under
a morcellement project. Despite the fact that they had obtained all permits relevant
for the implementation of the works they could not execute it for some unforeseen
circumstances. They now wish to benefit from the RES scheme to implement the project
with the association of the promoter.
Location
The land to be developed is located
at Sainte Croix (Vallee des Pretres). It is sited about 100m off the Le Cornu Road.

The site is located within the limits
of permitted development as per the outline scheme.
